We're getting you in and out today in a quick 10-minute Express, Arm-focused sweat session with Molly and Morgan. You'll be working your entire body in this short workout while focusing mostly on your arms and shoulders. We'll be following along with Molly in a series of pushups, tricep lifts, lunges, bicep curls, and planks to not only work our arms but to give our core and legs some love too. Keep your eyes on Morgan to following along with modifications for knee or joint pain. Weights are always an option so grab them if you've got them.
