Join Bree in this fun and energetic workout to help you strengthen your lower body and loosen up your spine and shoulders. Starting with light stretching, you'll move into squats and lunges. Weights are always optional but grab them if you want to level up your arm workout as Bree does the same. As always there will be lots of dancing so let loose and feel that beat!
