Very true. Here's a comment I recently posted, trying to spread the message to those who may not have already found it:
"You've got to make your exercise the most enjoyable thing you do in your day so that you look forward to it and can't wait to start doing it. Here's what works: 1). smoke a little bud - yes, that's right, marijuana 2). put on music you love 3). drink a little of your favorite protein drink - chocolate, strawberry, whatever you like 4). do exercises that you enjoy doing - rowing is awesome, weight training is also great - whatever works you out and feels good to you. If you do that, you'll look forward to doing it every single day and you'll do it for the rest of your life."
